Kimberlee Roane is the President and owner of Roane’s Rigging & Transfer Co., Inc. Upon the death of her father, Doc Roane, she became the President and Owner. For more than 27 years she has maintained not only the reputation created by her father, but managed to keep Roane’s in the for front by creating an environment of quality work and fair pricing. She credits her company’s longevity to her parents teaching and work ethic as well as dedicated employees and loyal customer base.
Kym Williams is the Business Development Manager of Roane’s. As the niece of the owner, Kym has grown up familiar with the business, always tagging along after her Grandfather, Doctor Roane, and Grandmother Doris Roane. In keeping with the small family business tradition, Kym left the legal and research fields and came to work with her Aunt to assist and grow the company. Obtaining new and ongoing business relationships as well as assisting with daily office functions is a standard day for Kym at Roane’s.
Clayton Smith is the Project Manager. He has a very full schedule and functions well as the liaison between the field and the office. Clayton has the ability to create a positive work environment while ensuring that jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Chantel Epps is the Executive Assistant and oldest daughter of the owner. Although she is new to the business world, she comes with much experience, having watched her Mom run her company and sometimes traveling with her to jobsites and customer’s offices. Chantel’s favorite job is working with the move coordinator to make sure all jobs are complete and the customer is satisfied.
